Since our first season in 2008-09, Sangam House has hosted over 200 writers from across India and the world, working in languages that range from Tamil to Korean.
Since 2018, Sangam House has been at the Jamun, a residential space for writers and artists, in Bangalore city.
Between 2010 and 2017, Sangam House was situated at Nrityagram, ‘the dance village’ outside Bangalore. Nrityagram is a school for Odissi dance and the Nrityagram Dance Ensemble enjoys a world-wide reputation for excellence.
During our first two seasons, we were located at the Adishakti Laboratory for Theatre Arts and Research in Pondicherry. Adishakti is a repertory company that teaches performance process and performs all over the world.
